Founder & Executive Director
Tricia is a dedicated Nurse and Social Work professional with over 16+ years of experience supporting children, families, and vulnerable populations. Her work is grounded in child welfare, family stability, and equitable access to essential services. She provides strategic leadership and guides the organization’s vision and direction. Tricia leads the development of community-centred programs addressing food insecurity. She is an experienced founder and community organizer. She builds partnerships and mobilizes resources to deliver sustainable impact.

Director of Operations & Family Programs
Kate has over 12 years of experience in business administration, along with a professional background as an Early Childhood Educator. She has extensive experience working directly with children and families, supporting early development and strengthening family well-being within the community. Her combined administrative and frontline experience enables her to effectively manage operations while ensuring programs are responsive, efficient, and family-centred.

Stephanie Kadir-Aghedo

Director of Community Development & Social Services
Stephanie is a compassionate and dedicated professional committed to making a meaningful impact on the community. She holds academic training in Social Work, Sociology, and Anthropology, with specialization in Gerontology and mental health community services. With over 15+ years of experience, she has supported vulnerable populations across the Greater Toronto Area. Her work focuses on housing solutions for older adults and individuals with disabilities in supportive living environments. Her expertise strengthens the organization’s ability to deliver comprehensive, wraparound services addressing both immediate and long-term needs.

Director of Inclusive Support & Volunteers
Blessing Okojie holds a background in Sociology and is a certified Early Childhood Assistant, with additional training as a Developmental Support Worker. She has over 3 years of experience working with children with special needs, vulnerable populations, and older adults in community-based settings. Her experience ensures that Esan Sisters Food Bank delivers inclusive, accessible, and compassionate services tailored to individuals with diverse needs.
